European Customers Statement:
I feel, as a responsible supplier, it is my duty to inform all my EU costumers of the new charges you MAY face when ordering my bobbins from the UK after Brexit happened on 31st December 2020.
Your country WILL now impose VAT, Handling fees and possible import duties on you. These rates seem to differ from county to country. It is your responsibility to check what your own country may charge.
I am still very happy to accept your order if you are prepared to pay these charges, if they are incurred.
I cannot accept returns in this situation, as all bobbins are made to order.
Hopefully the UK and EU politicians can resolve this soon.
My business is small and therefore does no charge VAT on the prices you see and pay for on the website.

Although I keep many bobbins in stock. The majority of orders will need to made up up for you. This takes time. I do keep a lot of bobbins in stock, but..... With 70 different bobbin designs which can contain, 9 different bobbins choices, 3 different material choices and up to 28 different painted designs in anyone product. The chances of having in stock what you want could be slim! There is only myself and my artists to make up all my products, all (except the continental styles of bobbins) are made up and painted by hand.
If you need the bobbins for a certain date then always call me first on 01373 812023 or use the contact form THIS WILL AVOID ANY DISAPPOINTMENT. Thank you Chris

Recommended for orders up to £100, I suggest you choose Royal Mail Tacked 24, to insure the value of your order while its is in the delivery system. All my bobbins are made to a very high standard. However if there is a problem upon receiving your order then you can return them to me within 14days of you receiving your order and then 14 days for the goods to get back to me, you are responsible for all return delivery costs. Commemorative orders where there are no mistakes on our part are not able to be returned.

You can use the "Change Currency" function listed under the shopping basket in the top right of the web site. Click on the currency of your choice, this will show my prices in most of the major currency's so you have a idea of my costs in your own currency. However when you pay at checkout the total amount will be converted to "Pounds Sterling GBP" at the exchange rate at that particular moment. I accept the following cards and methods.
